During the period covered by the bulk of this collection, the College of Social and Behavioral Science consisted of the seven major departments of Anthropology, Economics, Family and Consumer Studies, Geography, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology; the three Reserve Officers Training Corps (R.O.T.C.) departments of Aerospace Studies, Military Science, and Naval Science; and the research and instructional institutes of the American West Center, the Archeological Center, the Center for Public Affairs and Administration, and the Hinckley Institute of Politics. This collection contains correspondence, memoranda, minutes, newsletters, and reports concerning college administration.
